The first stage of the Maritime English Language Competition was traditionally held at the Danube Institute of the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” on December 6, 2022. The main purpose of the competition tasks was to show proficiency both in General and Maritime English by passing the test.

Twenty two of the second-year cadets took part in the stage. According to the results of the first stage 10 cadets were determined with the better results. So, they all have stepped to the second stage of the Maritime English Language Competition!
